Welcome to the new PSICAT website!

PSICAT's documentation and website has been neglected for far too long. The technical merits of PSICAT have been proven but it hasn't seen widespread adoption because there's a lack of good information about it. With the launch of this website, I'm redoubling my efforts to get the word out about PSICAT.
